Wuhou Memorial Temple: a sacred land of the Three Kingdom, the only combined sacrifice temple for the Emperor and the Minister, inside Chengdu city. Many tourists choose to take a flight (1 hour) or bus (8 hours) from Jiuzhaigou Aba.

Mt. Emeishan: one of the four Buddhist temples in China, reputed as the First Beauty in China. You will meet many temples and monkeys in the mountain. The best way is fly from Jiuzhaigou to Chengdu, and then transfer to Mt. Emeishan.

Leshan Giant Buddha: a giant Buddha carved on the mountain, the world’s largest carved stone Buddha statue, added on the UNESCO's World Heritage list. There is no airport in Leshan, so you have to transfer in Chengdu. Take a flight or bus to Chengdu, then drive to Leshan (2 hours).
