We are sorry that you are going to cancel your trip in China. We fully understand you have the right reasons for your choice. YesChinaTour has its policy to secure both the clients and our agency’s benefits. The clients can cancel the order and get refund in the following conditions. And the refunds to you will be processed within 10 business days after receiving your cancellation notice by email or fax. You are responsible for the transfer charge for the refund.
For the Tour Order
Before payment: the order can be canceled and there is no charge for the cancelation.
After payment:
30 days before your tour starting in China: refund 100% deposit (we’ll charge $100 service fee per person)
Between 15-29 days before departure: refund 100% deposit (we’ll charge $200 service fee per person)
Between 7-14 days before departure: refund 70% deposit
Between 1-6 days before departure: refund 50% deposit
After the tour has started, we’re unable to refund any fee if it’s your reason to miss the tour.
Note: Yangtze River Cruise fare can't be refunded if you cancel within 30 days before departure.
Penalties charged by hotels, airlines and rail should be on your side.
You need to pay more if a member in your tour group cancels the tour and causes the change of the Tourist Class. (You may check the price of different tourist class at our product page and calculate how much more you need to pay.)
The customer has to take care of transaction fees (4% of whole deposit) in the whole refund process.
For the Flight Order
Before payment: the order can be canceled and there is no charge for the cancelation.
After payment: Any cancellation on confirmed bookings must be notified us by E-mail or fax. USD10 per ticket will be charged for cancellation of bookings.
After the Tickets being issued:
Discount with 50% off or above: can not be changed or refunded;
Discount between 50% and 20% off (included 20%): Charge 30% of fare within the same class if available to change and refund 50% of fare when cancel;
Discount below 20% off and No Discount Fare: Charge 5% of fare within the same class if available to change and refund 90% of fare when cancel;
Tips: Any change or refund will be charged $10 per ticket as our service fee.
For the Train Order
Before payment: the order can be canceled and there is no charge for the cancelation.
After payment: Any cancellation on confirmed bookings must be notified us by E-mail or fax. USD5 per ticket will be charged for cancellation of bookings.
After the Tickets being issued: We do not make refund after the issuing of the ticket.
