YesChinaTour.com offers China train ticket on-line booking service for you to travel efficiently and in budget. Just a few clicks and basically five steps, you’ll get your China train tickets easily.

Step 1: Select
Use our professional China Train Booking service to search for the trains running between your destinations and check the ticket availability first. Feel free to write your specific queries to our expert travel consultants if the listed China trains do not suit you and we’ll advise how to take the train or interchange between the destinations.
Step 2: Book
After you selected the right train No. , just click the “Book” button and fill out the book form with your personal information and choose your seat class. Please carefully read our terms and conditions below before you submit the booking order. Making a booking on train tickets means you have read and accepted our booking terms and conditions.
Step 3: Make Payment
Once you submit the booking, please finish the full payment within 2 hours, or the order will be cancelled automatically. We’ll refund you 100% if the ticket is not available. The ticket availability is not in control of us but the China Rail and we do not have any influence on that, also the train schedule changes made by China Rail.
Step 4: Confirm
The ticket is officially confirmed once you made the full payment. We’ll send a confirmation E-mail to you when we have issued the tickets for you (please check your Spam folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox).
Step 5: Deliver Your Tickets
The ticket will be delivered by an express or a person to the address or hotel you offered in the booking form within China (a few of addresses can not be reached). Please make sure you have filled out the correct delivery address and receiver's name or hotel’s information.
Terms and Conditions
On Reservation
1.Tickets booking service is available only for the destinations within China mainland.
2. We only accept online booking. Reserve train tickets by phone and email is not accepted.
3. Booking on train tickets will only be accepted at least 3 days prior to the train's departure date.
4. Train tickets availability is under the total control of China National Railway Authority, we have no influence over release of train tickets.
5. The selling date for different train tickets vary from 3 days to 21 days before the travel date. It is advisable for you to book train tickets before the selling date.
6. Provide a clear passport scan copy for all passenger(s).
7. Your tickets can not be guaranteed until they are issued.
8. YesChinaTour is not responsible for the train schedule changes made by China National Railway Authority.
9. Avoid train travel in high season, including Spring Festival, New Year’s Day, Labor Day and National Day, during which the tickets competition is often very keen.
On Price
The Total Price includes ticket price, service fee and delivery charge. The price shown on a ticket excludes the service charge and delivery charge.
On Change and Cancel Booking Order
1. You may change or cancel the order before you make the payment and it’s free.
2. We do not offer ticket change or cancel service after the issue of the ticket and you can go to the departure train station in person with ID (passport) to change or cancel the ticket before the departure of the train (two hours earlier if change).
3. We do not make refund after the issuing of the ticket.
On Payment
1. Right now, we only accept Payment by Paypal, which accepts payment with most credit cards.
2. We’ll refund you the full payment if train tickets are sold out and the transfer charge is on your side.
3. The additional fees charged by the credit card company/bank or exchange rate variation are not our responsibility.
On Tickets Delivery
1. The ticket will be delivered by an express or a person to the address or hotel you offered in the booking form within China. Please make sure you have filled out the correct delivery address and receiver's name or hotel’s information.
2. You should be responsible for failed delivery because of wrong delivery address, no/inaccurate receiver's name, hotel’s infromation and unconfirmed reservation.
On Check-in and Check-out
1. Passengers are recommended arrive at the departure train station at least 30-60 minutes before the train departs and check in with valid ID.
2. Go to the correct waiting room for your train no. shown on your tickets to get into the platform and board the train
3. When you take a sleeper, a train attendant will walk through the carriages to collect tickets and give you a plastic card after the train departs. Take care of the card and it’ll be changed back to your original ticket about an hour before you arrive at the destination.
4. Don’t lose your ticket before step out the train station as you have to check out by it.
On Luggage
While taking China trains, each passenger is allowed to take certain amount of luggage for free and it’s recommended to travel with less.
1. Children with a half-price ticket and no ticket: 10 kg (22 pounds); Diplomat: 35 kg (77 pounds); Others: 20 kg (44 pounds).
2. The length of each item cannot exceed 160 cm, unless rod-shaped which should be within 200 cm in length and 20 kg (44 pounds) in weight.
3. Wheelchairs are not in the limitation and they can be brought onto the train for free.
4. Some stations have porters who will carry luggage for CNY5-10/piece of luggage. Follow them closely and keep your eyes on your luggage.
Prohibited Items
1. Items prohibited or limited to be transported by the government.
2. Dangerous goods, ammunition.
3. Animals and goods which will affect public hygiene.
4. Items which may harm other passenger’s safety: knives (fruit knife included), exploder etc
5. Baggage that exceeds the limitation of the regulation.
6. Other items prohibited by China Rail.
