The inquiry you summit to us is NOT an act of reserving a tour and it’s completely FREE of charge. It is only a way of communication with our expert tour operator who will offer you the help for your China tour. The booking is confirmed with payment only when you are totally satisfied with your tour plan.

It’s rather easy to book a tour with us and you only need following three steps:

Step 1: Select

Browse or search the ready-made tour itineraries on our website and select the route most suitable for you. If you find no ready-made tour that meets your needs, just click “Free tailor-made”.

Step 2: Reserve

Please click the “ADD TO CART” at the right side after choosing the departure date, number of rooms and travelers, hotels and meals. And then fill out the booking form with your personal information such as names as shown in the passport, passport numbers, phone number etc. Remember that please carefully read the itinerary and quotation that you have reserved. Also, make sure that you have read our Terms & Conditions before you confirm your booking.

For the Free tailor-made Itineraries, fill in the form with your specific requirements and then submit it to us. We’ll reply to you within 2 to 24 hours to arrange you a best tour for you. All the service of enquiry is FREE.

>>Tips: When you fill in the form, you can choose to book Earlier-Arrival Hotels or Overstay Hotels if the departure/end date of the tour does not match with your arrival/leaving date in/from China. Price is not guaranteed until payment is made within 24 hours.

Step 3: Make Payment

Please make payment within 24 hours, or your order may be canceled automatically. You can choose to pay in fall or pay deposit. If you choose prepaid deposit, then the remaining balance is charged in USD/ CNY cash by the local tour guide or our reception staff. (We will inform you the payee after your booking is confirmed.)

Step 4: Confirm

The tour is officially confirmed once your payment is received. And you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us accordingly (please check your Spam folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox).

A tour voucher will be provided about 7 days before your departure date or upon request. Along with the voucher, we’ll send you all necessary contact details for each city, weather information and some further travel advice to help you with your packing.
