Victoria Peak

 
With an altitude of 552 meters, Victoria Peak is the highest mountain on the island. It is the best place to enjoy the spectacular views of the city, Victoria Harbour, and the surrounding islands.

Peak Tram

The Peak Tram, a 1.4 kilometer funicular railway connecting the Central district of Hong Kong with the Peak Tower, is the world’s oldest and most famous funicular railways. Getting to the peak by the Peak Team will be un unforgettable experience, which brings you from the lower Terminus station in Central to the Peak . It rides at an almost vertical angle, but it’s not as scary as you think. It’s slow and offers you a plenty of time to enjoy the spectacular views over the northern coast of Hong Kong Island, Victoria Harbour and Kowloon.

Peak Tower

Peak tower is the terminal of Peak Tram. Here provides a dazzling array of shops and restaurant. In addition to all kinds of souvenirs and crafts shops, entertainment facilities and exhibition hall were also set up here. If you go there, the Sky Terrace 428 will not be missed. On the top level of the Peak Tower, the Sky Terrace 428 is a 360 open air viewing platform where you can enjoy dazzling panoramic vistas of the harbour, the new territories.

Peak Galleria

The Peak Galleria is a gigantic building built in 1993. Lots of food, fun, and shopping options are provided there. There is a free viewing terrace on the top of the Peak Galleria. Although, the views are not quite as spectacular as those from the Peak Tower Sky Terrace 428, they are still very impressive.

Peak Garden

Located on the site of Mountain Lodge, Peak Garden is the Governor’s old summer residence and he closest publicly accessible point to the summit. It can be reached from Victoria Gap by walking up Mount Austin Road in about 20 minutes. You will enjoy the outstanding vistas over Hong Kong’s Central district and Kowloon.
