Sanxia Pot

Sanxia pot is a kind of hot pot that is stewed with three main ingredients with fixings. It is divided into dry pot or soup pot. Dry pot has no soup with heavy spice, so if you do not like hot flavor, you can choose another one. It is recommended to use dry-fried chitterlings, dry-fried walnut meat and Xiangxi preserved meat as main ingredients, and add some pickled radish, which is sour and crispy.
