The concept of the Fishermans Wharf is derived from Europe and the United States. Construction

The Fishermans Wharf in Macau is invested by Ho Hung San (a billionaire in gambling business) and Chow Kam Fai (a Macau entrepreneur in the tourism, entertainment and gambling industries) with about MOP1.85 billion. The construction took 5 years, before an opening ceremony by Ho Hau-wah, the Chief Executive of Macau and trial operation began on December 31, 2005. After one year of trial operation, the wharf was officially opened on December 23, 2006. It opened a new chapter of the leisure and entertainment tourism in Macau and modeled a new image of Macau.

Scenic Spots

Macau Fisherman's Wharf can be divided into three main sections: Tang Dynasty Fortress, East Meets West and Legend Wharf.

Tang Dynasty Fortress

Tang Dynasty Fortress is a region full of Chinese ancient cultural elements. Most of the buildings are built in the imitation of the Tang-style, antique and splendid. In addition, the palatial quadrangle provides a variety of folk snack and the boat restaurant on the shore supply all kinds of Chinese seafood.

East Meets West
