Jinan Weather

Jinan features the typical semi-humid continental monsoon climate with cold and dry winter and hot and rainy summer. As it is usually windy and dusty in spring, the crisp autumn proves to be the prime time for sightseeing.

The mean annual temperature is around 14C (57F). The temperature average about -1.7C (28.9F) in coldest January and 27C (81F) in hottest July. In summer, the day with a temperature above 35C (95F) amounts to no more than ten days. The mean yearly precipitation is 666 millimeters (26 inches) or so, and the rainfall is concentrated in July and August. 

Spring - It is the best time to visit Jinan since it��s dry, cool and not much wind and rainfall.

Summer - It��s really hot in summer here and it feels humid because the rainfall is mainly in summer. So try to avoid coming in summer if you plan to visit Jinan.

Fall - It start to cool down a lot month by month with a reducing rate of 41 F. Not much wind either but make sure you plan on the right month before it gets too cold for just a T-shirt.

Winter - Winter is usually cold but it��s slightly warmer than the cities around.
