    Typical Beijing one day tour. You will have a chance to visit Tian'anmen Square, Forbidden City and Temple of Heaven, and learn about this great city with great history and culture....

    Pick up at your hotel in Beijing (Recommended pick-up time: 8:00am - 10:00). Visit the Tian'anmen Square, the largest city center square in the world. It's located in the center of Beijing, having an area of 440,000 square meters and enough to accommodate half a million people.Sightsee there for about 40 minutes.

    From there you will proceed to the Forbidden City, the largest and best-preserved ancient imperial palaces group with 500 years history in the world. Visit the Forbidden City along the central axis from south to north for 2 hours.

    After lunch (lunch included), we'll visit the Temple of Heaven -- the largest ancient imperial worship architecture group in the world where the ancient Emperors prayed for peace and harvest. The visit to Temple of Heaven takes about 1 hour.

    Transfer back to your hotel in Beijing (between 5:00pm - 7:00pm).
     
    Pricing Policy
    Tipping is now considered by many locals to be a part of their normal remuneration. However, this is a matter of personal discretion. You may use following as a reference.
    Suggested Tipping: for local guide: $8 to $10 per person (guest) per day, for driver: $4 to $5 per person (guest) per day.

    Cancellation and refund policy for Tours reservation
    If you want to cancel your booking or part of it, you must advise us in advance. The letter must be signed by the lead name on the booking and once we receive it you should expect to receive a cancellation letter within 24 hours. If you do not then please contact us to ensure your letter has been received.
    To cover the cost of processing your cancellation and to compensate us for the risk that we may not be able to resell your travel arrangements, we make a cancellation charge on the scale shown below. The person who made the booking is responsible for paying this charge. The size of the charge depends on when we receive your cancellation notice or letter or how you would like us to deal with your payment providing that we have received your full payment for the tours.

    Mr.Tim Q: I arrive at terminal 2 of Beijing airport, and I have a domestic connection on Air China from terminal 3. My return is from terminal 3 to terminal 2 (dom-Int) in 2hours 30mins. Do you think this might work? 2013.3.2

    A: You’d better leave at least 3 hours to transfer. First, it takes nearly 1.5 hours to get out from T2 and then you need at least 1.5 hours to connect your domestic flight in T3.

    Ms.Weng Q: I would like to know if there is entrance fee in every tourist spot like in Forbidden city, bird's nest etc....and how much? 2012.7.28

    A: Yes, as I know, the entrence fees are required at most tourist spots. The entrance fee for Forbidden City is RMB45.

    A: Although it become warmer and warmer, I think you'd better bring a jacket/sweater since the weather changes alot that time.

    Ms.Diana Q: How far is it from Crowne Plaze hotel in Beijing to Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven? Can I take buses? 2009.3.14

    A: To Forbidden city: walk about 600 meters to Donghuamen bus station and then take bus No.62 and get off at East Tiananmen. Walk about 600 meter and you will see it.To temple of heaven: walk to the bus station of Dengshi Kou and take subway five and get off at the east door of Temple of Heaven.
