Sheath and handle of the knife is usually made of rosewood or animal bone, the blade is made of steel while the handle is made of ox horn and red wood. sometimes decorated by silver or copper sheets with patterns. Ivory chopsticks can be put into one side of the sheath. It is convenient tool while eating and cut meat. Mongolian knife is a daily article and a status symbol as well. All will look down on a man without his knife.
