Mt. Gonggashan

Mt.Gonggashan lies at the junction of Luding, Kangding and Jiulong, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous. As a place for adventure and mountaineering, many people come here. Covering an area of 10,000 square kilometers, Mt.Gonggashan the main peak is 7,556 meters high, enjoying the reputation the King of Mountains in Sichuan. Around the main peak stand 145 iced peaks with altitude of five or sic kilometers high.

Riding Mountain

Tagong Temple

A statue of Shakyamuni is well preserved in the temple. Achievements pagoda built by Indian, and statue of Guanyin with one thousand hands and eyes all have a long history of thousands of years. Around the temple stand many pagodas, which constitute a wonderful view of pagoda forest.

Glacier Fall

Hailuogou glacier’s tongue is 6 kilometers long and 0.4-0.7 kilometers wide. Having a long history of 1600 years, Glacier Fall, 1080 meters high and 1100 meters wide is the largest and highest waterfall found until now. The weather on the glacier is warm. In summer or winter, you can wear a thin sweater, visiting the magic iced world. Glacier Fall occurs ice collapse in different scales. A collapse is up to millions of cubic meters of snow and ice. At this time, the ice and snow are flying and the rumbling is big, which is very magnificent. Many marvelous sights are on the surface of the glaciers.

Lake

More than 10 lakes are located in this area. Some are in the foot of the Glacier or are surrounded by forests. The water is clear and transparent, keeping the original and beautiful natural scene. It is really like a wonderland.
