Valley with Hundreds of Falls

Shuanglong Gorge is also called "Valley with hundreds of falls" and "Mini Jiuzhaigou" (Jiuzhaigou is a famous scenery spot in Sichuan, which has the reputation of "fairyland" and "heaven on earth").

With 5000 miles been explored, Shuanglong Gorge has the greatest concentration of waterfalls in West Bejing. Ice falls in various sizes and the scenery of natural ice and snow in winter have become a marvel in North China; especially the two falls over 30 miles high, are extremely splendid.

The ice fall still keeps its original appearance though it has been early summer in Beijing. The period from now to June remains suitable for enjoying the beautiful scenery of it.

Routes to Get There

You can get to Pingguoyuan first by subway, then take the bus of No. 929 and get off at Huo Cunkou, No. 109 National Rd.
