Xi’an already opens non-stop high-speed trains to Beijing, Guangzhou, Changsha, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Zhengzhou and Shijiazhuang, which greatly save times. High-speed train from Xi’an to Beijing, only about 5 hours, and to Luoyang, only takes about 2 hours.
Xianyang Qianling Tomb, Famen Temple and Hukou Waterfall in Yanan are popular attractions around Xi’an, and visitors can visit these places by bus from Xi’an.
Best Time to Visit
The pleasant April and May as well as the cool September and October are the ideal time to visit Xi’an.
