The guide meets you at the Shanghai Airport/Railway Station/Hotel.

Stroll around in Shanghai's most famous thoroughfare - Nanjing Road and The Bund, Modern and old stores line alongside the street and many tourists jostle to have their pictures taken at the Nanjing Road sculpture. Then move on to the Bund. Ramble along the Bund which stretches one mile along the western bank of the Huangpu River. The Bund houses 52 buildings of various architectural styles, which has been regarded as one of the most recognizable architectural symbols of Shanghai.

After visit The Bund and Nanjing Road then we will go to Xintiandi Area (French Concession). Xintiandi Area, which was built and re-orgnized on the basis of Shanghai's unqiue characteristics-Shikumen architectural structures, is well-known as a new stylish pedestrain street for Cuisines, Commerce, Entertainment and Culture tourism spot.
Drive to Suzhou from Shanghai to visit Tiger Hill. Atop the hill stands Cloud Rock Pagoda (Yunyan Ta), which the Suzhounese love to compare to the Tower of Pisa. By climbing the hill, you will find a number of historical sites some of which can be traced back over 2500 years to the founding of Suzhou.

Then visit the Humble Administrator's Garden - one of the four famous gardens in Suzhou, a classical luxurious garden, regarded as the "mother of the world's gardens" due to its interesting islands, bamboo houses, pinaster hillock and curvy water.

Lastly, ramble along ancient Grand Canal to taste interesting customs and appreciate the charming scenery. The Grand Canal, as the country's greatest engineering achievement, is the longest ancient canal or artificial river in the world.

    Later, drive back to Shanghai.
    Day 3 Shanghai
Today you enjoy a rich trip beginning with the Jade Buddha Temple. Built in 1918, in the style of the Song Dynasty, the temple houses two valuable jade statues - the Sitting Buddha and the Recumbent Buddha.

Then we visit the Shanghai Museum and enjoy Chinese culture. With a collection of over 120,000 pieces, it is a large museum of ancient Chinese art.

After Lunch we visit the City God Temple and the Yuyuan Garden - Yuyuan Garden is one of the traditional Chinese private gardens in Shanghai. Yuyuan Garden has the exquisite layout, beautiful scenery, and the artistic style of many different architecture styles. It has been referred to as a crystallization of the Chinese garden culture.

Lastly we enjoy an interesting night cruise on the Huangpu River (cruise ticket included) - the mother river of Shanghai. The scene on both sides gives you a sweeping perspective of Shanghai old and new. Take a look at Oriental Pearl TV Tower (exterior view, ticket to the tower not included).
