    Day 1
    Guilin
    This tour usually starts after 8:00am but you can still have a relaxed pattern as long as you arrive in Guilin before 11:00am.

    Arrive in Guilin. Pick up at Airport/Hotel/Railway Station in Guilin. Visit Reed Flute Cave.
    Overnight in Guilin
    Day 2
    Guilin - Longsheng
    Transfer to Longsheng in the morning. Visit Dragon Back Rice Terrace, Pingan Village.
    Overnight in Longsheng
    Day 3
    Longsheng - Guilin
    Transfer to Guilin in the morning. Visit Elephant Trunk Hill. Transfer to Airport/Hotel/Railway Station in Guilin and Departure.
    This tour ends around 2:00pm. So make sure you leave Guilin not earlier than 2:00pm.

    The guide picks you up from the Airport/Railway Station in Guilin.

    Start your journey of the dramatic Guilin waters and mountains, a vast plain of karst landform.

    Head for the Reed Flute Cave, one of the most egregious underground scenery in China. The cave got its name from the verdant reeds growing outside of the cave, with which people make flutes. Inside this water-eroded cave, you will see a spectacular world of various stalactites, stone pillars and rock formations created by carbonate deposition.
     
    Day 2 Guilin>>Longsheng
    Take about 3 hours' drive to Dragon Back Rice Terrace. which was built between Yuan Dynasty and the beginning of Qing Dynasty. It has already been more than 650 years in history. It is a renowned place for rice culture of China. The terraces are built into the hillsides, looking like great chains or ribbons as they wind from the foot to the top of the hill, imposing and towering like the back of a dragon.

    Ping'an Village, Zhuang ethnic minority village, is located high in the Longji mountains. These rice terraces were constructed by the Zhuang minority people to make their mountainous land arable. With construction that began during the Yuan Dynasty (1271 - 1368) and that lasted over 400 years, the Dragon's Back Rice Terrace now cover overs 16,000 acres.
     
    Day 3 Longsheng>>Guilin
    Drive back to Guilin. Have a look at the Elephant Trunk Hill, one of Gulin's best attractions, which really looks like an elephant drinking from the river.

    Transfer you to the Airport/Railway Station in Guilin.

    This tour ends around 2:00pm. So make sure you leave Guilin not earlier than 2:00pm.

    Tipping is now considered by many locals to be a part of their normal remuneration. However, this is a matter of personal discretion. You may use following as a reference.
    Suggested Tipping: for local guide: $8 to $10 per person (guest) per day, for driver: $4 to $5 per person (guest) per day.

    Cancellation and refund policy for Tours reservation
    If you want to cancel your booking or part of it, you must advise us in advance. The letter must be signed by the lead name on the booking and once we receive it you should expect to receive a cancellation letter within 24 hours. If you do not then please contact us to ensure your letter has been received.
    To cover the cost of processing your cancellation and to compensate us for the risk that we may not be able to resell your travel arrangements, we make a cancellation charge on the scale shown below. The person who made the booking is responsible for paying this charge. The size of the charge depends on when we receive your cancellation notice or letter or how you would like us to deal with your payment providing that we have received your full payment for the tours.

    A: Yes, March is a nice time to visit with cool and pleasant climate. 3 days may be enough for you to visit those nice attractions.

    A: We stay in the hotels in Longsheng which are located on the hillside.

    chanyu1 Q: Can I take a bus from Yangshuo to Guilin railway station or Guilin airport? If so, how long and how much will it cost? Thank you. 2012.1.21

    A: For your reference, you can take a bus from Yangshuo to Guilin railway station and the fare is around CNY15.00 and it takes around 70-80 minutes. From Yangshuo to Guilin airport, if you take taxi, it takes around one hour and a half.

    A: As I know, the Fenghuang County Bus Station operates one bus at every 09:30 to Guilin directly, taking about 7 hours and CNY130.
